What would happen if a lactose intolerant guy devoted his life to perfecting grilled cheese sandwiches? Well... we are about to find out.

 

My grilled cheese journey began in 2017 during my freshman year of college when I started making and selling grilled cheese sandwiches from my dorm room. At the time, it was just a way to make a few extra bucks, but I had no idea where it would end up taking me.

Fast forward a few years, covid was in full swing, my college classes were all remote, and I was bored out of my mind. I started experimenting with cooking videos as a way to pass the time. When I began telling stories from my college grilled cheese business, my page grew quickly, and I knew I had found my niche.

My videos have changed a lot over the years, but the one thing that hasn't changed is that I'm still having a ton of fun making them. There's so many stories to tell through food, and I'm excited to discover them with my subscribers (called the "Cheddar Children").
