Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: Customers shall allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to the commencement of production.

  • Made-to-Order Production: All products are made to order, which renders them non-returnable. Production times typically range from 5 to 10 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Domestic Orders (United States): Upon placement of an order, customers should expect approximately 7-20 business days for the product to arrive (1-3 days for processing, 5-10 days for production, plus up to 7 days for shipping).

    • International Orders: For international shipments, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 16-43 business days from the order date (1-3 days for processing, 5-10 days for production, plus up to 30 days for shipping, contingent upon the destination).

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees shall be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping location and may vary based on whether the order is domestic or international.
     

2. Returns and Refunds

  • No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. CHEF TYLER LLC does not provide returns or refunds for any items except in cases where the product arrives damaged or is incorrectly manufactured.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event that an order arrives damaged or is manufactured incorrectly, the customer must contact CHEF TYLER LLC within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. A replacement or full refund may be issued at CHEF TYLER LLC’s discretion.

  • Incorrect Sizing: CHEF TYLER LLC does not offer returns or exchanges for items that are not the correct size. Customers are encouraged to refer to the sizing guide prior to making a purchase to ensure proper fit.
     

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Orders may be canceled or modified only prior to the commencement of the manufacturing process. Should a customer wish to cancel or modify an order, they must contact CHEF TYLER LLC as soon as possible. If an issue arises with an order after placement, customers are advised to immediately contact us. A request may be made to the manufacturer to rectify the order; however, CHEF TYLER LLC cannot guarantee that such modifications can be accommodated once production has commenced.
 

4. Limitation of Liability
CHEF TYLER LLC engages a third-party print-on-demand manufacturer to fulfill orders. As such, products are produced, packaged, and shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not handled by CHEF TYLER LLC. Consequently, CHEF TYLER LLC shall not be held liable for delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit. Upon shipment of an item, any issues regarding transit or delivery timelines shall be the responsibility of the shipping carrier. CHEF TYLER LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or handling of its products.
