RECEIPT #200
YUMMY
I honestly would not recommend making these unless you have VERY strong self control. Like these things are insanely easy and so good.

About the Recipe
Don't you hate it when recipes start with someone's entire life story... yeah me too. I'm never gonna do that. If you need help finding lactose free ingredients, please take a look at the database tab.
Ingredients
1 package of pilsbury biscuit dough - make sure you choose one of the lactose free varieties - like the original
8oz lactose free mozzarella (I typically use Green Valley Creamery's, but see the database tab for other options)
4 tbsp lactose free butter (same comment as above)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tsp italian herb seasoning
Your favorite tomato sauce to dip in
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
Open the biscuit dough, seperate the biscuits and roll them flat.
Cube your mozzarella and evenly distribute it between the dough pieces.
Wrap the cough around the mozzarella to form balls. Make sure you pinch the seams tight so the cheese doesn't leak out.
Melt the butter, and add the italian herb seasoning and garlic.
Brush the garlic butter over the bread and bake on a sheet pan in the oven for 12-15 minutes (until the dough balls are nice and golden brown).
Brush with a little bit more butter, and sprinkle salt over your balls - the food ones, not the other ones...
Serve with your favorite tomato sauce and enjoy!
